Clubhouse
The community clubhouse, located at 1689 Bandera Drive next to the Coyote Ridge Golf Course, is available to members of the Indian Creek/Carrollton Homeowner’s Association by reservation only.
To Reserve the Clubhouse:
Contact Excel Association Management at 972-881-7488 to check for available dates.
After setting a date, you will receive a contract in the mail with a letter confirming your reservation.
Return the contract to the Indian Creek Clubhouse with a $50 usage fee (see explanation below) plus a deposit for $500.00
Arrange with Excel to pick up your access key before the event.
Clean the clubhouse after the event and drop the key in the night-slot
Your deposit will be returned after the key is received, the clubhouse is cleaned thoroughly, and no damages occurred.
A usage charge in the amount of $50 is charged in addition to the $500 deposit. Money collected will be used toward the upkeep of the clubhouse. Due to many parties being cancelled with little or no notice, the $50 usage charge is only refundable with a 5-day notice of cancellation. The $500 deposit fee is refundable.
The clubhouse rules are listed below:
1. Time slots are divided to allow for two parties per day.
2. Homeowners (not a friend or co-worker) must call for reservations.
3. Clubhouse is for the use of homeowners and their immediate families only.
4. No alcohol or smoking allowed.
5. Homeowners may only book one party at a time.
6. Pool parties do not reserve the entire pool; however, you are allowed 20 guests to swim if you have a reservation.
7. Deposit is refundable after an inspection and only if the clubhouse is left in the condition in which it was received, no damage occurred and all doors are locked.
